Several weeks ago he kept picking at some psoriasis behind his ear and ended up making it bleed. I kept putting medication on it and got the Dr to look at it. He gave him some antibiotics and it looked as if things were improving but then over the last week it has started to discharge hence our Drs visit.
He was quite concerned and put him back onto the antibiotics and had a swab done - we get the results on Friday - hopefully this doesn't mean it has gone cancerous!
He is also still gaining weight despite my restricting his food intake - he is now 111.7kg and considering he was 82.3kg in June it is really frustrating. Doc says it would definitely be related to his meds.
Ben and Michelle have split up - they cannot have been happy together over the last 12 months, all they ever did was argue and even Nathan noticed it, he would come in to me and whisper "they're fighting again, don't go near them" which is really sad. I just hope they can settle things amicably for Nathan's sake.
I was a bit upset with Michelle yesterday - she rang to talk and during the conversation she keep saying that I didn't understand what it was like to have no communication with someone or affection. I was really hurt by this because what does she think I have been living with for the last 6 years or so? I never said anything because I know she is going through hell at the moment after the break up.
I guess she was just upset but it shows how much we should think before we speak.
On a happier note I am feeling good - my cold has gone (hopefully for longer than 3 weeks...lol) and I feel good in myself
We finally got to see Bill and Mare's house 2 weeks ago. It is lovely so light and airy and they have ever right to be proud of it. Mare made us lunch and we sat and talked and really enjoyed the day.
This has been a great week - I have my fortnightly respite this Friday and today was the first day for house cleaning from Home Care - I have a lovely sparkly house (actually its cleaner than when I do it .... sshhh. Probably because I am the world's worst domestic goddess on the cleaning front.).
